Tactic refresher

Walk small creek bottoms 1-3 days after a 1+ inch rain. Sift the gravel/phosphate lag at riffle tail-outs. Stay on public road right-of-way under bridges; banks are private farmland.

Don't forget

Surface collection from streambeds at public bridge crossings is generally tolerated. No bank digging, no entering adjacent farmland without permission.
